Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the launch of new funds and investment strategies, contributing to marketing planning, pre-marketing and fund launches.
  • Specific geographical coverage for client facing activities.
  • Participate in the organisation of due diligence meetings with institutional investors.
  • Oversee investor meeting coordination, including the preparation of marketing materials for roadshows and on-site meetings.
  • Oversee the preparation of key fundraising materials: PPMs, DDQs, track record and any other necessary IR documentation.
  • Oversee work on the content for AGMs and advisory board meetings.
  • Interact with all areas of the business to ensure successful delivery of service to investors.
     

Key skills & experience:

  • Proven ability to lead and work with client-facing teams and directly with investors.
  • Proven experience leading moderate to large scale projects.
  • Ability to formulate and implement solutions and respond to inquiries with minimal guidance, structure and supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a global business environment with diverse cultures.
  • Background in Investor Relations/Fundraising within a private market’s investment firm or a placement agent.
