Kartesia is pleased to announce that the investments of KCO IV in Cromology and Ahi+ have both been repaid.

KCO IV sold its full exposure on Cromology this month close to par value, as the Company realized an impressive performance since KCO IV investment and Kartesia expected structural limited secondary market demand / refinancing opportunity over the short to medium term. Cromology is a leading manufacturer of branded decorative paints for buildings and paint-related products in Western / South Europe, with leading market shares in its countries of operations across Europe (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal).

KCO IV has been repaid its full investment in Ahi+ at par, following the sale of the company to MasMovil. Founded in Spain in 2016, Ahi+ is a telecom operator, providing internet and telecommunication solutions in cities/towns of less than 25,000 inhabitants.
