Kartesia, the European specialist provider of capital solutions for small and mid-sized companies, is pleased to announce that it has provided a financing package to support Avedon Capital Partners (“Avedon”) in the acquisition of FormMed HealthCare AG (“FormMed” or “the Company”). 

The engagement of future generations is a key factor for Kartesia and as a result, our junior colleagues launched the Kartesia New Generation Initiative (KNGI) in 2022.

Kartesia continues to successfully grow and expand across the European continent, not only in offices, but also in headcount.
