For its 2017 project, Belgian non-profit Dance4Children has teamed up with Caméléon, an international solidarity association with the goal of helping abused and disadvantaged children in the Philippines. To help their endeavours, Kartesia made a donation earlier this year to finance 50 school kits, which include essentials such as a backpack, notebooks and pencils.

This year the Kartesia Offsite Day took place in Rovinj, Croatia, the hometown of Tina Milanovic (Office Manager of the Brussels office). This event gathered all the Kartesia team members from the Brussels, London and Luxembourg office. Over three days, the 17 team members talked about Kartesia’s plans and ambitions for the future, whilst enjoying the warm weather and beautiful surroundings.
In 2016, Frantz Paulus joined Kartesia as Head of Investor Relations. Frantz has extensive experience in audit and private equity, having successively worked as Senior Manager at PWC for five years and Investment Director at Credit Agricole Private Equity for seven years, during which time he invested in buyout and growth capital transactions across Europe.
The Kartesia 2016 Annual Information Meeting was held on October 18th in Brussels.
Kartesia welcomed its Limited Partners at Cercle de Lorraine for an exchange on KCO III performance and on the evolving market environment. As last year, the LPS had the opportunity to meet our team and share their views in person. For their second Annual Information Meeting, Kartesia’s four Managing Partners invited Philippe Bayet, CEO of Desmet Ballestra, as a guest speaker.
Kartesia donated its first box of plastic corks to B.A.H. (“Bouchons d’aide aux handicapés”). B.A.H. is a Belgian non-profit organization that has been founded 3 years ago and has already financed for 12.000 euros of wheelchairs, lifts or other equipment for underprivileged disabled persons in Belgium.
